Field Operations Lead - Vehicle Wrap Installations
Slate is hiring a Field Operations Manager to be the on-site face at delivery partner facilities in Ontario, CA. You will design and refine wrap installation operations, audit quality, and escalate issues to drive resolutions within SLAs.
You will train partner crews on SOPs, monitor site KPIs, and coordinate with the core team on root-cause analysis. This role requires full-time on-site work with up to 20% travel.
