We are currently recruiting Labourers to support a specialist flooring contractor on a project at Gatwick Airport
. This role involves assisting flooring installers, moving materials, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting the smooth delivery of flooring works within a live airport environment.

• Assisting flooring fitters with installation works.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site.
• Preparing work areas and ensuring safe access for installers.
• Removing waste materials and keeping work areas clean and tidy.
• Assisting with lifting and positioning flooring products.
• Following site health & safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good work ethic and reliability.
• Own PPE required.
• DBS Check desirable due to the airport location.
• Airport pass or previous airside experience beneficial but not essential.

• Competitive hourly rate of £16 - £18 per hour
