Vehicle Technician

Location: Gatwick

Salary: £39,232 Basic + Uncapped Bonus

Working Hours: Full Time - 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and successful dealership in Gatwick. Vehicle Technician Role
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
  • Complete warranty repairs and routine maintenance work.
  • Carry out electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs).
  • Complete digital job cards and repair documentation accurately.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently whilst maintaining high quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity.
Vehicle Technician Requirements
  • Qualified to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician.
  • Experience carrying out servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs.
  • MOT Licence advantageous but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
