A church in the Gautier area is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented part‑time office manager/business administrator to support its daily operations. This role encompasses communications, financial accounting and general administrative responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• The ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities
• A warm, welcoming and professional presence

Position Requirements:

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Proficiency in Quick Books
• Competence or willingness to learn using Apple Mac computers
• Ability to accurately process and organize church financial collections
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Mail Chimp
• Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Strong word processing and basic graphic design skills
• Experience with a CPA and/or strong bookkeeping experience is a plus

This is a non‑exempt
, part‑time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week
