Bilingual Customer Service Rep

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from policyholders in both English and [Spanish/other language]

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience (call center or insurance experience a plus)
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and multitasking across programs
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
