Full-Time Classified Space Supervisor in the Pascagoula, MS area. All shifts and days are available. Pay rate: $25/hr, paid weekly.

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise site Security Officers.
• Train subordinates on procedural guidelines, company policies, and site-specific forms; enforce policy and procedure consistency.
• Foster customer relations and service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Manage account and officer inspections to ensure compliance and meet/exceed commitments.
• Ensure the functioning of the contract site across operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety, and system metrics and analysis while on duty.
• Read and apply Post Orders and SOPs; act quickly and efficiently per directives.

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role and customer service.
• 3+ years of security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Secret Clearance is required.
• Ability to conduct foot patrols, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Certification:
Secret Clearance.
