Position Summary

Industrial Air Technology Corp. is seeking a highly motivated Designer/CAD Detailer to join our engineering and manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with entry-level experience using 3D CAD software who are interested in developing a career in metal manufacturing, industrial equipment, or machine design.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and production teams to create detailed drawings and models, maintain design documentation, and support manufacturing operations. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently while adapting to evolving industry standards and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and revise 3D CAD models, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Produce detailed fabrication and assembly drawings for production.
• Maintain accurate engineering records and design files.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing personnel to support production requirements.
• Assist with design modifications and continuous improvement projects.
• Organize and manage project documentation and revision histories.
• Support the development of custom equipment and engineered solutions.
• Stay current with industry standards, design practices, and CAD software updates.
