* Schedule:
* Typical hours are Monday Friday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM, with an estimated
* 45 patient visits per day
* and the flexibility to adjust your visit times to fit your preferences and patient schedules.
What Youll Do
* Provide in-home occupational therapy treatments
* under the plan of care and supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT)*.
* Implement treatment plans to help patients improve safety, independence, and daily living skills.
* Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies, assistive devices, and home modifications.
* Communicate progress, concerns, and outcomes to the supervising OT and care team.
* Collaborate with nurses, PTs, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
* Complete accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health standards.

What Were Looking For
* * Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
* in the state of Michigan (active license/certification).
* Home health experience preferred, but not required.
* Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients homes throughout our service area (approximately a
* 50-mile radius from Gaylord*).
* Positive, team-oriented attitude we support each other and do whats best for patients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
