Operate HTST processing system and CIP system, recording time/temperature/pressure/flow as required;
Clean and maintain silos, mix room, totes, pumps, UHT press and CIP lines;
Monitor and troubleshoot CIP systems; ensure chemical concentrations meet standards;
Coordinate with packaging lead to ensure timely hookup and startup of production line;
Perform sanitation procedures and work in confined spaces when required
