Position Overview

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Gaylord, MN. Weekly pay ranges from $1,116 to $1,562 depending on schedule. The role offers a schedule of 4 days one week and 3 the following week, with start times from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

• Hourly Pay: $31.00 for PM shift
• Driver Positions Pay Weekly: $1,116 - $1,562
• Tanker Endorsement within 30-60 days of hire
• Backing experience required
• Lo​yalty Bonus: $3,000 ($1,500 paid at 6 months, $1,500 paid at 1 year)

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading if required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test, background check, DOT physical, and road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months within past 3 years, OR 2 years within last 5 years, OR 5 years within last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.
