Lead in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager to provide exemplary customer service and oversee cash handling and register operations;
Assist in stocking, merchandising, and maintaining plan-o-grams and displays;
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures;
Open and/or close the store under direction of the Area Manager; assist with cash deposits and accountability when needed;
Provide supervision-like leadership to cashiers and front-end staff as needed.
