PART - TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

- Time Client Service Representative is to exceed client's expectations for outstanding client service while maintaining hospital standards and positive patient advocacy.

Our CSR's daily duties include but not limited to; answering phone calls, scheduling appointments for a wide variety of services, maintaining accurate client and patient information, collecting payments, emergency patient triage, lobby upkeep, and addressing client questions or concerns.

Working well on a team is a must, as every department in our hospital collaborates together to ensure the client/patient experience is one of a kind. • Mon – Fri (1pm – 6:00pm)
• Rotating Saturday (8:00am - 1:00pm)
• Closed Sundays

Hourly Wage Range: $16-$18 an hour
