• Apply autism & special education knowledge by utilizing evidence-based practices such as visual schedules, sensory supports, and differentiated instruction.
• Create, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) using daily academic and behavioral data.
• Implement behavior modification and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and employ crisis de‑escalation techniques.
• Lead, train, and manage classroom Instructional Assistants to maintain consistency across the team.

• Utah Special Education License with Endorsements.
