Hybrid, 50% in office in Geneva, IL.
Reports to VP of Finance / Corporate Controller
Oversee 1 direct report
Responsibilities- FP&A leadership and management - lead company wide FP&A processes, annual planning, rolling forecasts, executive and lender reporting
- Performance reporting and decision support - establish and maintain performance metrics/KPIs
- Financial systems, tools and process optimizations - Leverage Vena EPM
- 10 yr progressive FP&A in complex environment
- Exp in PE backed portfolio companies
- Exp supporting both product based and service oriented business models
- Hands on exp with Vena EPM
- People management, including development of junior FP&A talent
