Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join their growing supply chain team. This individual will play a key role in sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and supporting cost savings initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Source and procure direct and indirect materials to support production and business operations.
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance against cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to drive cost efficiencies.
- Analyze purchasing data, market trends, and supply risks to support strategic sourcing decisions.
- Partner with operations, planning, quality, and finance teams to ensure continuity of supply.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate on demand planning activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
- 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within an ERP/MRP system.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
