Overview
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (18/hr). This role is a Production and Warehouse position responsible for day-to-day functions related to all products manufactured, including operation of production processes and related equipment, cleaning and maintenance of production and/or common warehouse areas and equipment, and shipping, receiving, and inventory/storage functions. The staff will assist the Quality Assurance (QA) and Regulatory Affairs (RA) Departments in achieving their goals as indicated in Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
Responsibilities- Production Work/Manufacturing:
Execute daily production activities according to Work Orders (WO), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), Forms (FM), Drawings (DW), and related documents; perform and document routine maintenance for manufacturing processes and/or equipment; report work performed, issues/roadblocks, and resource and supply needs to supervision. - Cleaning and Maintenance:
Ensure production, warehouse, receiving, and testing/inspection areas are clean and organized; follow SOPs and Work Instructions for controlled/certified and common areas; document or report work performed, issues/roadblocks, and resource and supply needs to supervision. - Shipping and Receiving:
Ensure materials transported within or leaving the facilities are packaged appropriately to prevent damage, considering inventory control, material handling, and customer-specific needs; document or report work performed, issues/roadblocks, and resource and supply needs to supervision. - Inspection/Verification:
Assist QA with incoming receiving, in-process, final, and/or shipping inspections or verifications by following SOPs and Work Instructions; document or report work performed, issues/roadblocks, and resource and supply needs to supervision. - Environmental Monitoring:
Perform environmental monitoring per SOPs, Work Instructions, and related documentation; document or report work performed, issues/roadblocks, and resource and supply needs to supervision. - General

Experience:
High School diploma or GED or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training. An equivalent combination of education and experience would be acceptable.
Skills:
Basic Microsoft Windows skills, basic spreadsheet, word processing, and email skills; able to be trained on other software as needed for data entry and report generation.
