SMX is hiring food production general labor associates in Geneva, IL. Weekly pay, benefits packages, and opportunities for advancement and increased compensation are offered. Flexible weekday schedules are available with 8‑hour shifts.

• 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm ($16.50/hr)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm ($17.50/hr)

General labor tasks may include mixing products, weighing or scaling materials, packaging items, or supplying production lines. Reliability and adherence to Good Food Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are essential. Artificial nails, nail polish, artificial eyelashes, jewelry, and similar items cannot be worn while producing or packaging food products.
