Pay- $38.66 – $48.66/Hour
- Weekly pay
- Eligible for annual wage increases and additional increases based on performance
- Referral bonus up to $2,000 per hire
- With overtime, average annual earnings can exceed $85,000
- 3rd: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of manufacturing equipment and plant systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility issues
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
- Adjust and install machinery, power, controls, and utilities
- Use hand tools and machine shop equipment (lathe, milling machine, drill press, welder, etc.)
- Create and document work orders, track parts, and log maintenance data
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all PPE requirements
- 2+ years maintenance mechanic experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems
- Technical training in mechanical/electrical systems; PLC knowledge preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and production specs
- Strong problem‑solving and data entry skills
- Must supply own tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (sponsorship not available)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work overtime/weekends as needed
