We have a variety of general labor openings throughout our facilities. Previous manufacturing experience isn’t required—what matters is a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team. You might be mixing products, weighing and scaling materials, packaging, or supplying our lines with product. All roles require reliability and adherence to industry‑standard Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times.

• Inspect product for quality and foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Ensure correct placement of product on the line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and write in English preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Manufacturing setting with exposure to various machines, noise levels, and temperatures.
• Team environment where employees must work collaboratively and communicate respectfully.
• Must work necessary overtime, shifts, and staffing needs.

• Ability to stand and work with hands throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Work environments may be very cold or very warm.

Starting Pay: $17.10/hr we offer a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees after the qualifying period, including health, dental, a registered pension plan, and wellness benefits.
