Maintenance Supervisor
Maintenance Supervisor to manage our 1st shift team. In this role, under minimal supervision, perform highly diversified duties to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and modify manufacturing equipment and facility equipment to help achieve the site's business goals and objectives. Maintain and improve mechanical and electrical equipment for five manufacturing areas. Accountable for all maintenance, storeroom, and wastewater resources on your shift.
How you will do it
What we look for
- Bachelor's Degree required, Engineering, Business, or Operations preferred
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting
- 1+ years as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing setting
- 3+ years of experience with mechanical process equipment, PLC, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Experience reading drawings and schematics
- Creativity and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to motivate team members.
- Experience with Maximo CMMS and Kronos timekeeping is a plus.
This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as further described below.
The position has a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year. This role may also include opportunities for a bonus based on performance.
