Job Summary:

We have a variety of general labor openings throughout our facilities. Prior manufacturing experience is not required; we value a strong work ethic and teamwork. Your role may involve mixing products, weighing or scaling material, packaging, or supplying our lines with product. All positions demand reliability and adherence to industry‑standard Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) across locations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect product for quality and signs of foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Place product correctly on line, in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

• Knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn.
• Proficient math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Read and write in English preferred.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to machines, noise, and temperature variations.
• Team‑oriented, respectful communication required.
• Must be able to work necessary overtime, staffing needs, and cross shifts.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and work with hands throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Capacity to work in varied temperature environments.

Starting Pay: $17.10 /hr. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full‑time employees, including health, dental, a registered pension plan, and wellness benefits after a qualifying period.
