Job Title

Full Time Assembler – Randstad – Geneva

Salary: $16–$18 per hour, depending on shift. Shift options:

• 1st shift: 6:45 am–3:00 pm ($16/hr)
• 2nd shift: 2:45 pm–11:00 pm ($17/hr)
• 3rd shift: 10:45 pm–7:00 am ($18/hr)

As a Full Time Assembler, you will ensure food products are packaged, packed, and labeled according to standards. You will inspect products for defects, maintain a clean environment, and keep equipment operational. Work as part of a team to meet production goals and comply with safety and quality protocols.

• Assemble, pack, and label food products on the production line.
• Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Follow all company safety and quality protocols.
• Work as part of a team to achieve production goals.

• Work in a smoke-free environment.
• Wear steel-toe shoes.
• Stand for up to 8 hours at one time.
• Work up to 8 hours of overtime per week.
• Work weekends.
