Staff Nurse - LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We have flexible full‑time and part‑time shifts available with an hourly rate of $32.25/hr – $34.75/hr based on qualifications and experience. The position has additional differentials of $1 for PM weekdays, $2 for night weekdays, $5 for AM weekends, $6 for PM weekends, and $7 for night weekends. Our PRN/IHR (On‑Call) LPN rate is $33/hr with an additional $2 differential for weekends.

• Administer medications, tube feedings, and treatments as prescribed.
• Prepare quarterly health assessments and annual assessments.
• Inform the physician of changes in resident health status and implement physician’s order to assure optimal health care.
• Complete daily charting for care provided.
• Act as a liaison between residents, parents, physicians, consultants, and case manager regarding resident status.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), current on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry.
• Current BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Workers.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and meet its functional and environmental requirements.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to providing excellent care to residents.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and desire to contribute to a strong culture where the whole team works together for the benefit of each resident.
