Staff Nurse - LPN; Licensed Practical Nurse

We offer flexible full‑time and part‑time shifts with competitive hourly rates $32.25/$34.75/hr and additional differentials for shift type and weekend work.

Our onboarding includes comprehensive training to help new graduates launch their nursing career.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), current on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry
• Current BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Workers
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job and meet its functional and environmental requirements

An ideal candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care to our residents in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

• Administer medications, tube feedings and treatments as prescribed.
• Prepare quarterly health assessments and annual assessments.
• Inform the physician of changes in resident health status and implement physician orders to assure optimal health care.
• Complete daily charting for care provided.
• Act as a liaison between residents, parents, physicians, consultants and case managers regarding resident status.
