Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:05 PM

We're hiring a detail-oriented Quality Technician to ensure product quality through daily line audits in a manufacturing environment. This role is key to meeting or exceeding company, customer, and federal/state compliance standards, with responsibility for approving batches to run and monitoring core quality checks.

• Approve or correct batches using basic lab skills, math/formulas, and testing equipment
• Perform lab checks per clearly defined Quality SOPs
• Conduct pre-ops and Preventive Control (PC) checks
• Notify appropriate personnel and follow SOP steps when noncompliance is found
• Perform required analytical tests (e.g., VC, Salt, Brix, PH, DS meter, TA, Vitamin C, batch-to-control comparisons, sensory audits)
• Perform physical testing of raw materials and finished product against customer specifications
• Conduct special audits as needed for raw materials or product on hold
• Report Food Safety and Quality issues in a timely manner to appropriate personnel
• Coach production associates on line data collection
• Follow all company policies, including general manufacturing and safety practices

• Ability to follow written procedures and safety rules
• Strong eye, hand, and foot coordination for equipment/tool use
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills; ability to read, write, and process quality documentation accurately and on time
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision{{- corrected tag -->}}
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Must pass all company testing

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb, and/or sit for the duration of the shift
