The Boutique Associate will be fashion-forward and customer-oriented. In this role, you'll blend your passion for style with retail expertise to create unforgettable shopping experiences. Your responsibilities will span from personalized styling and merchandising to social media content creation, making every day an opportunity to inspire and delight our clientele.

• Greet all customers warmly and provide personal shopping guidance
• Offer expert styling advice using current fashion trends
• Process transactions and handle returns/exchanges
• Steam garments and fold/hang items to presentation standards
• Execute inventory restocking and rotation
• Assist with seasonal floor set changes
• Create complete looks using boutique merchandise

• Maintain visual compelling product displays
• Steam garments and fold/hang items to presentation standards

• Assist with seasonal floor set changes

• Style and photograph merchandise for Instagram/Facebook posts
• Develop creative captions highlighting product features
• Engage with followers through comments
• Track post performance metrics

• Open/close register with accurate cash handling
• Perform daily cleaning tasks (dust, vacuum, mop)
• Review inventory needs with owner

• 1+year retail experience (fashion/apparel preferred)
• Demonstrated style ability with strong fashion sense
• Social media competency (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
• Physical stamina for standing 6 hours and handling garments
• Weekend availability for occasional special events
• Basic photo/editing skills

• $17.00/ hour
