Lakeland Pallets is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Sales Representative to drive growth within our wooden shipping program. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional in the pallet, crate, or industrial lumber industry who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and expanding market presence.

• Customer Engagement:
  Work directly with customers to understand shipping and packaging needs and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Competitive Bidding:
  Prepare accurate, competitive quotes and proposals to secure new and existing business.
• Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Product Sales:
  Promote and sell pallets, custom wooden crates, and industrial lumber solutions.
• Business Development:
  Prospect new accounts through cold calling and outreach to expand Lakeland Pallets’ customer base.
• Account Management:
  Manage multiple accounts while meeting sales goals and deadlines.

• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5+ years as an industrial salesman.
• Self-Starter:
  Highly motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Time Management:
  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts.

  Skills:
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Communication:
  Strong verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
