Sales & Wedding Group Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Wedding Group Coordinator to join our vibrant hospitality team. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients to promote wedding and group event bookings.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract negotiation, upselling additional services, and finalizing bookings.
• Coordinate with clients to plan event details, including menu selections, room arrangements, technical requirements, and special requests.
• Oversee the management of event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality guest experiences.
• Utilize event management software and PMS systems to track client interactions, reservations, and follow-up activities efficiently.
• Collaborate with the culinary, banquet, and hospitality teams to ensure all event specifications are met flawlessly.
• Lead team efforts in marketing events through targeted campaigns, social media promotion, and community outreach initiatives.
• Ensure all contracts are accurately prepared, signed, and stored securely; manage guest communication throughout the planning process.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and resolving any issues proactively.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining organizational excellence and time management.

• Proven experience in sales or event coordination within the hospitality or events management industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and project timelines efficiently.
• Knowledge of banquet operations, guest services, and hospitality industry standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in event marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote existing offerings.
• Team leadership qualities with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and client satisfaction.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
