- 5+ years of experience as a residential service and maintenance technician
- Fundamental knowledge of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide your tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and carry equipment
- Ability to work in noisy environments and confined spaces like attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Ability to pass a background check

Job ResponsibilitiesAs an HVAC Technician, you visit our customers' homes to inspect their heating and cooling equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make quality repairs. You service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment such as boilers, gas furnaces, air purification systems, and humidifiers. With a professional attitude, you explain system issues to the customer, provide multiple service options and detailed estimates, and help them decide whether to repair or replace their equipment.
Once the customer approves the work, you execute top-quality repairs and services such as recharging refrigerant levels, checking leaks, and rigorously testing systems. As you work, you meticulously document your services and generate accurate invoices. You treat each home respectfully and thoroughly clean your work area when you're done. Additionally, you educate customers on maintaining their heating and cooling systems and help them avoid future issues.
