Pest Control Technician – Sign on Bonus for Licensed IDPH Tech
Full‑Time – Geneva, IL. Requisition . Salary Range: $36,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually. Sign on bonus: $750 for a valid IDPH license.

Schedule:
Monday‑Friday (Occasional Saturdays). Compensation:
Base hourly plus commissions. Route vehicle provided.
- Operate a pest control route, applying pesticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
- Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each customer’s home.
- Discuss the scope of service with the customer and assist in sales.
- Utilize in‑house training to decide the most efficient pest solution for each customer’s needs.
- Provide the best pest control and eradication services in the industry.
- Recommend and provide estimates for one‑time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
- Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable company policies and local rules and regulations.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert, implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs.
- Use all safety equipment as instructed.
- Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
- Devote full attention and time during working hours to the performance of duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor and the company.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid IDPH license (sign on bonus applicable).
- Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and in‑person.
- Strong customer service and in‑person presentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, kneel, and stand as required.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Pest control experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and use an iPad (provided by company).
- Ability to present information effectively to customers, clients, and other employees.
- Use of company vehicle upon route assignment.
