A food manufacturing and warehouse operation is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Pallet Repair associate to sort, inspect, stack, and repair pallets used in daily warehouse and production operations. This role is hands‑on, physical, and best suited for someone who is comfortable using tools, standing and walking on concrete, and working safely around warehouse equipment.
The best‑fit candidate is dependable, safety‑minded, and comfortable with repetitive physical work, hand tools, air‑powered tools, and a traditional Monday‑Friday 2nd shift schedule.

2nd shift, Monday‑Friday traditional work schedule; overtime may be required based on seasonal and operational needs

Compensation: $19.00-$23/hr based on skills, abilities, and experience

Responsibilities- Sort pallets into repairable and non‑repairable groups.
- Repair pallets by adding boards or stringers using skilled and basic tools.
- Use electric saws, air‑powered nail guns, hammers, crowbars, and related hand tools.
- Stack pallets neatly and maintain an orderly warehouse area.
- Follow safety requirements, including PPE such as bump hat, hairnet, ear protection, and safety glasses where required.
- Work around moving mechanical parts, elevated surfaces, loud noise, fumes, airborne particles, and occasional outdoor conditions.
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to comprehend instructions.
- Ability to use skilled hand tools and simple hand tools.
- Mechanical experience helpful.
- Ability to sit, talk, hear, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk frequently on concrete floors and elevated surfaces.
- Warehouse, pallet repair, general labor, manufacturing, production, shipping/receiving, or tool‑use experience.
- Experience with air‑powered nail guns, saws, hammers, crowbars, pallet jacks, or warehouse equipment.
- Strong attendance and safety record.
