Energy Panel Structures Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Engineer to support the design and implementation of structural insulated panel (SIP) building systems for residential, agricultural, and commercial projects. In this role, you will assist senior engineers with design calculations, drafting, and project documentation, while learning industry standards and energy-efficient building practices. You'll collaborate closely with manufacturing, construction support, and sales teams to ensure accurate plans, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and detailing of SIP wall and roof systems
- Perform basic structural and thermal calculations under supervision
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
- Support project engineering from concept through installation
- Coordinate with manufacturing and construction support teams
- Review plans for accuracy, constructability, and safety
- Help troubleshoot field and fabrication issues with SIP systems
- Follow engineering standards, codes, and company procedures
- Maintain project files and documentation in engineering systems
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Required Skills
- Structural analysis basics
- Thermal performance and building science fundamentals

- Basic load and SIP design calculations
