Position: RN - Float Pool
Facility: Geneva General Hospital
Location: 196 North St, Geneva, NY 14456
Duration: 14 weeks
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3x12-hour shifts per week), Every other weekend and holidays required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Start Date: 03/30/2026
PR: $34/Hour on W2 + $1226/Weekly
Gross Weekly: $2450
Key Responsibilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records preferred
Demonstrates professional behavior consistent with Healing Environment principles
Provides age-appropriate care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Requirements
Licensure:
Must hold a current NYS RN license
Education & Experience:
BSN required
Experience in critical care
Cross-training in Med/Surg, ICU, and ER required
Certifications:
Required:
BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or RQI), NIHSS, Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire, CPI within 90 days of hire
Preferred:
Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) certification within 2 years, TNCC within 2 years
