Requirements:
Must meet all requirements to be considered.
Education
* Minimum:
Associate's Degree in Business or related field or actively pursuing.
* Preferred:
Bachelor's degree with coursework in Human Resources.
Experience
* Minimum: 1-2 years of proven success onboarding for a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment team. Must be comfortable with public speaking, delivering excellent customer service, multitasking, and working under pressure while meeting deadlines.
* Preferred:
Prior healthcare experience and/or experience with ADP.
What You'll Do:
* Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires in a high-volume recruitment environment.
* Serve as the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
* Work across departments, maintaining excellent communication with managers and staff.
* Keep onboarding organized, timely, and compliant with regulatory and organizational requirements.
* Juggle multiple priorities with confidence, all while making the experience fun and engaging.
* Ensure all the health systems standard for compliance is met for each hire.
