Diagnose, repair, and maintain packaging and support equipment to optimize efficiency and quality;
Conduct line changeovers and make necessary set-up and adjustments as required by the production schedule;
Perform line alterations and rebuilds as necessary to ensure smooth operations;
Utilize data from CMMS and MES systems to analyze and resolve routine and complex electrical and mechanical issues;
Assist manufacturing personnel with process-related problems and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
