- Produce batches according to batch sheet instructions with no management direction in 1 to 2 of the 5 areas of the batching process.
- Produce batches in an efficient manner to accommodate cycle time and quality goals.
- Perform in-process checks to eliminate batch adjustments and bring the product into desired specification range.
- Perform batch adjustments to bring bulk product into desired specification range.
- Perform all electronic system transactions.
- Deliver raw materials from staging, bulk, or warehouse to production tanks.
- Deliver raw materials to production tanks and central weigh within procedure.
- Organize raw materials in all department locations
- Maintain orderliness, cleanliness, and accessibility of all departmental inventory areas and work areas in accordance with the 5S standards.
- Investigate and help resolve raw material inventory inaccuracies.
- Operate a forklift
- All other duties as assigned.
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Be able to work 3rd shift 11:00 pm-7:10 am
- Strong math skills
- The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally this position may require the lifting and/or moving of more than 55 pounds.
- All lifting must comply with OSHA standards.

The hourly pay range for this role is $23.00 and $27.00 plus $2.00 shift differential. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.

Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
