Schedule:

4x9s (36 hours/week) scheduled Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Requirements:

• NYS RN Licensure
• One (1) year of experience in an Endo environment as a Registered Nurse
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess patient and family needs and develop an individualized plan of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide direct, compassionate care to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients within a specialized medical environment.
• Educate patients and families on self-care practices post-hospitalization, including lifestyle changes that promote healing and health.
• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice and engage in professional development to enhance skills.
• Foster a trusting and supportive relationship with patients and families throughout their healthcare experience.
