Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care
Full Time, Days/Nights, Every Other Weekend Required
Contract Length: 27 Weeks
Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents.
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Assess and collect data relevant to the resident's physical and psychosocial condition.
Contribute to the care plan by incorporating the resident and family in the process.
Maintain current knowledge and competency in nursing practice.
Assist in the mentoring and orientation of new staff.
Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens is reasonably anticipated. Required tasks may involve contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues.
