Current New York State license as a registered professional nurse Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Minimum 1 year of experience in Med Surg/Tele/Critical Care Units
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS (all through American Heart Association), NIHSS Basic Coronary Care certification within 6 months of hire CPI certification within 90 days of hire
Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population across multiple units. Conduct assessments, plan and implement nursing interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care provided. Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork within the healthcare setting.
Must be comfortable floating to ICU, ER, Med Surg, and MST units. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
