Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor for a travel assignment in Geneva, NY. This role focuses on long-term care within a supportive and structured environment. The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing unit operations and provide clinical supervision under the guidance of the Director of Nursing in accordance with established protocols.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Supervisor – Travel:

• Oversee the operation of the nursing units and provide clinical supervision
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the Nursing Department's activities
• Assure quality resident care through staff teaching and supervision
• Communicate with Director of Nursing regarding unit problems and collaborate on resolutions
• Make administrative decisions in the Director's absence

Requirements of the RN – Supervisor – Travel:

• BLS Certification (through AHA or RQI only)
• NYS RN Licensure
• Minimum of one (1) year LTC experience
• Previous supervisory experience
