Rochester Regional Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality bedside care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The LPN will monitor vital signs, administer medications, assist with treatments, and document care in electronic records. You will support assessments, patient education, and discharge planning while following safety and infection control standards. Working with an inclusive, multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to quality initiatives, grow your clinical skills, and help improve health outcomes for patients and the wider Rochester community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications per protocols.
• Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and care planning within scope of practice and organizational policies.
• Perform routine treatments, wound care, and specimen collection while maintaining infection control standards.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions to support optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure timely communication of patient status changes.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Support a diverse, inclusive, and compassionate care environment aligned with Rochester Regional Health values.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, training, and continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
