Requirements:

• Current New York LPN Licensure
• BLS certification (AHA or RQI)
• 1 year of experience as an LPN

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents.
• Collect and communicate relevant data regarding residents' physical and psychosocial conditions.
• Contribute to the development of culturally relevant care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive resident care.
• Participate in the mentoring and orientation of new staff.
• Maintain current knowledge and competency in nursing practices.
