Our offerings include the recruitment of household staff, nannies, and personal assistants for the Family Office.

We are seeking a Junior Butler for a private family in Geneva — someone hands-on, curious, and eager to learn the true craft behind exceptional private service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily table service (breakfast, lunch, dinner – formal and informal).
• Support in wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and shoe care.
• Welcome guests and assist with their comfort and needs.
• Ensure the upkeep and presentation of common areas and service items (silver, glassware, tableware).
• Run errands, manage deliveries, and drive the principals or guests when required.
• Assist senior household staff with events, travel preparation, and service coordination.

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving in the area.
• Previous experience in a private household or luxury hospitality setting preferred.
• Well-presented, discreet, service-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing schedule and occasional travel.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider household team.

Full time permanent position

Salary: CHF 60,000 to 65,000 per year, depending on experience.
