Try & Hire - Bilingual - Team Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly international organisation based in Geneva, supporting two dynamic teams in programmes and operations. We are looking for a proactive, organised and adaptable Team Assistant who enjoys variety, takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Missions- Organise complex travel for a large team, including flights, hotels, visas, insurance and transfers.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of expense claims.
- Process invoices and assist with contract preparation in coordination with the legal team.
- Maintain and update electronic files, shared folders and digital archives.
- Handle administrative follow-up of projects and teams.
- Coordinate workshops, online sessions and in-person meetings.
- Assist with meeting scheduling, room bookings and general office logistics.
- Provide backup assistance for other admin team members during leave or workload peaks.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Flexibility and ease working with a variety of tasks and personalities.
- Good communication skills and diplomacy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
