Finders SA
Position:
Reception/Administrative support in a small financial institution. This is a temporary (to permanent) reception position, potentially evolving to support the General Manager and general administrative tasks. To start from 1 March 2026 with the possibility to take on more responsibilities over time. The role is based in a small FINMA-regulated office in central Geneva.
- Answering the telephone
- Receiving guests at the office
- Managing emails
- Being responsible for the post
- Managing deliveries and office supplies (delivery notes, invoices, etc.)
- Organising meetings and managing appointments
- Dealing with simple expenses
- Coordinating the external IT service company as regards access and appointments, including assisting new joiners with badge IDs and login for their computers
- Ad-hoc projects related to general administrative tasks
- Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience on reception in a bank, asset manager, family office, or equivalent
- A mature, well-presented team player with excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to working
- Experience with a "5 star hospitality" approach, remaining calm under pressure with good attention to detail and flexibility; able to follow instructions and rules
- Fluent in English and French (both languages required)
- Discretion and sensitivity to client confidentiality
- Comfort with a small office environment and a broad reception role in a stand-alone position
- Strong MS Office skills
- Availability Monday to Friday in the office from 09:00 to 18:30 daily
- Excellent personal presentation and resilience
- Preferably living close to Rive Gauche, Geneva to minimise travel time after busy days
- Proactive, independent, and highly reliable with a desire to be part of a small team
- Ethical attitude, pride in work, and willingness to commit (even if initially temporary)
- Accurate with good attention to detail and comfortable in a small structure
- IT-savvy with quick system adoption; solid MS Office skills and impeccable telephone manner
- Available for a temporary contract of 3 to 6 months with a strong chance of extension or permanence
- Ready to start ASAP and able to commit to an office-based role in central Geneva (no home office), 09:00-18:00, full-time
- Swiss, EU/EFTA nationals only, or those already in possession of a Swiss work permit; living within easy reach of Rive Gauche, Geneva
