Office Manager – Hikma Swiss Branch (Geneva) Hikma Pharmaceuticals

Hikma is a global leader in generics, injectables, and branded medicines
, serving patients in 50+ countries. We’ve recently opened our new Swiss Branch in Geneva
, and we’re looking for an Office Manager (part‑time basis at the outset, working towards full‑time ultimately) to support our growth and keep our operations running smoothly.

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our Geneva office — ensuring seamless operations, supporting leadership, coordinating HR admin, managing suppliers, and helping new employees get up to speed with Swiss and Geneva-specific procedures.

• Support leadership with meetings, travel, and administrative coordination
• Manage daily office operations and supplier relationships
• Handle purchase orders, invoices, and basic budget tracking
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs and liaise with external partners
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain employee files
• Guide new joiners through Geneva & Swiss registration processes
• Welcome guests and coordinate logistics for visitors

• Experience in office management/administration in Switzerland
• Strong knowledge of Geneva procedures, work permits & social insurance
• Fluency in French & English (German is a plus)
• Great organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
