About the Role

Propreal Capital Partners is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and service-oriented Executive Team Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Geneva office.

This role combines office management, administrative coordination, and travel planning responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office while providing support to the executive team and broader organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team and wider office.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and internal coordination activities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and expense tracking.
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, facilities, and relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Organize team meetings, company events, and internal activities.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, correspondence, and administrative reports as required.
  • Maintain efficient filing, record-keeping, and administrative processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for office-related matters and help ensure a positive workplace environment.
  • Support operational projects and contribute to the smooth running of the business.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office management, team assistance, executive support, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software.
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
  • Swiss work authorization or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
