• Assist in planning and executing audit engagements from start to completion.
• Ensure audit procedures are completed on time and within budget.

For one of our clients an international private structure based in Geneva, we are seeking a Personal Assistant FR/ANG/ESP (H/F).

• Manage and coordinate agendas, meetings and appointments.
• Organise administrative support for senior staff.

Join our Human Resources People Experience and Engagement team of HR Coordinators and HR Advisors to play a key role in shaping the employee journey at CERN, supporting a diverse community of students.

• Provide Executive Assistant support to multiple senior team members.
• Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings across various time zones.
• Handle travel arrangements and related logistics.

Our client is a major non‑profit organisation located in Geneva.

• Receive and process financial data and correspondence ensuring completeness and conformity with financial regulations.

• Bring your hands‑on experience to this exciting new challenge and make use of your strong organisational and administrative skills within an international and growing team.
• Manage priorities and support the HR operation on a day‑to‑day basis.
