Total Energies Trading in Geneva is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Trading Administration team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave from November 2026 to June 2027. The role supports Management, Heads of Desk and Traders in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
You will handle daily administrative tasks, travel arrangements, expense reporting and meeting logistics, while maintaining records, calendars and visitor welcomes.
