ASSISTANT(E) COMMERCIAL(E)
Active dans le commerce de matériel, machines et produits de nettoyages pour les professionnels,
HYPROS SA, recherche pour son Service Commercial :
Assistant(e) commercial(e) pour un poste à 80 ou 100% en contrat à durée indéterminée
TACHES PRINCIPALES- Facturation
- Réception partielle des appels téléphoniques
- Edition de devis et commandes sur notre gestion commerciale.
- Prise de rendez-vous par téléphone pour les commerciaux
- Assistances aux commerciaux
- Mise à jour des fiches articles avec photos sur e-commerce
- Excellent relationnel, à l’aise au téléphone, bonne organisation, autonome.
- Expérience sur un ERP.
- Bonne maîtrise Excel.
- Très bon rédactionnel en français.
- Horaires : 7h30-12h00 13h30-17h00 du lundi au vendredi
- Adresse : HYPROS SA, Chemin Pont-du-Centenaire 144, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates
- Vacances : 4 semaines (répartition à choix)
- Engagement : dès que possible
